Mi Concierge · Exhibition Concierge

Not just a trip to the show.
Every trip abroad should have
a chance to bring business home.

Meetings with the right customers and partners are booked before you leave. Someone is beside you at the show to turn every contact into a next step. After you return, the list gets followed up and the meetings get scheduled. Mi Concierge manages opportunities, not itineraries.

The first call is free. We reply within two working days.

Why · No business after the show

The problem is rarely whether you went. It is meeting the wrong people, leaving without a next step, and losing the thread once you are home.

01No list before the show

You start looking for people on site, so you mostly meet whoever walks past the booth, not the buyers, channels or investors you actually needed to see.

02No next step during the show

Language, culture and on-the-spot judgement all drain you. Cards are swapped and photos taken, but not one conversation ends with “when do we talk next, and about what”.

03Nobody picks it up afterwards

The first week back is swallowed by daily work and the list sits in a drawer. Three months later they have forgotten who you are.

Itinerary · How it works

Three stages, from before you leave to after you return.

Mi Concierge takes a company through the whole cross-border connection, from departure to follow-through.

Deliverables · What you actually get

Turning “support, connect, coordinate” into work you can check.

  • Market and target-contact mappingWho is worth meeting, why, and how to reach them
  • Pre-show meeting scheduleTime, counterpart, purpose, what you need to prepare
  • On-site accompaniment and interpreting hoursAgreed in advance by show days and sessions
  • Daily opportunity and to-do logWho you spoke to, what they want, what happens next
  • Post-show lead tiering and follow-up planWho to answer within a week, who to park for three months
  • Follow-up meeting arrangementsOnline or in person, with agenda
  • Referrals to professional resources, with your approvalOnly when capital, channels or contracts are needed
Where the service stopsThe exact scope is agreed after assessing the market, show dates, targets and local resources. Mi Concierge does not guarantee deals, fundraising or that a specific person will show up. Travel, third-party interpreters and venues are billed separately and listed before we start.

After the show · The relay

When the show ends, the business work begins.

Mi Concierge is your single point of contact and sorts the post-show opportunities first. When a case needs brand, PR, business networks, capital, legal or product resources, the matching AVCA zone takes over. A stand-alone show agent cannot do this.

Not every case gets referredWe confirm with you first whether professional help is needed. Scope and fees are explained separately, and your data is never handed to another unit without your knowledge.

Method · How we find the right people

No talk of “extensive networks”. Just a method you can check.

  1. Define who counts as success

More is not better. Together we narrow this trip to three to five kinds of people: buyers, channels, partners, investors or local allies.

  2. Cross-check three sources: exhibitor lists, industry associations, local partners

The official list is only the start. Who will be at the venue and who will not but is worth a separate visit are handled separately, in advance.

  3. Book meetings before departure instead of trusting luck

Every meeting has a written purpose and a list of what you need to bring. For those we cannot book, we note why and try again at the show.

  4. Close every day at the show, tier within a week after

Who you spoke to and what they want is logged the same day. Within seven days of returning, the list is split into reply now, within a month, and after three months.

Fit · Who this is for, and who it is not

First, let us check whether this trip is worth bringing us in.

A good fit

  • You have decided to exhibit abroad and roughly know the target market
  • Years of shows, results stuck: cards every year, orders not following
  • You want distributors, channels, partners or investors abroad; the show is just the door
  • Someone can follow up after you return, and decision-makers will join meetings

Not a fit

  • You have not chosen a market and just want a list of overseas contacts
  • You only need flights, hotels, booth construction and other show logistics
  • You expect guaranteed orders, funding, or a meeting with a specific person
  • Nobody can follow up after the show, or decision-makers will not take part

FAQ

Answers to what you are likely to ask.

How early should we start?

Eight to twelve weeks before the show is ideal, so meetings can actually be booked. Under four weeks is possible but far fewer people can be arranged; we will tell you so on the first call.

Which countries and industries do you cover?

⟩TBD: markets and industries served⟧ For markets not on the list we first assess local partners, and say so plainly if we cannot deliver.

Can we take only one stage?

Yes. That is how the three engagement models are split. If you are already back and just need someone to pick up the list, choose C.

How are travel and third-party costs handled?

Staff travel, third-party interpreters, venues and meals are billed separately and listed in the quote before we start. Nothing unlisted is added later.

Can you guarantee meetings or orders?

No. What we guarantee is method and effort: meetings booked in advance, someone beside you at the show, someone following up after. Whether the other side meets or buys is not something anyone can guarantee.

What happens to my customer lists and business data?

Used only for this engagement and never given to unrelated third parties. If a case needs another AVCA zone, we ask your consent first. See the privacy policy.

Do I need to be an AVCA member?

No. Mi Concierge is open to everyone. AVCA members have extra arrangements on points and some resources, explained on the first call.
