This notice, given under Article 8 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, explains how AVCA, the Astral Value Creation Alliance (“the Alliance”), and its zone partner service providers (such as Mi Concierge, together “we”) collect, process and use the personal data you enter in forms on this website.
1. Who collects
The Alliance. When you use a zone partner service form (for example the Mi Concierge “book a first call” form), the provider of that service (name, tax ID and address shown on that page) is a joint collector.
2. Purpose
Replying to your enquiry, arranging a first call and follow-up meetings, providing the service you asked about, and the related contact and records.
3. Categories of data
The name, company or brand, email, phone, LINE ID, company website, planned trade show and dates, target markets and needs you enter. We also record the time of submission, the page you were on, and marketing parameters (utm) in the URL.
4. Period, region, recipients and means of use
Period: from collection until one year after the enquiry or engagement ends. Region: Taiwan; where the show or market you ask about is abroad, we contact local partners as needed to reply and arrange meetings, but do not hand them your data without your prior consent. Recipients: staff of the Alliance and of the service provider; new messages are pushed to a working group via Telegram, so your name, company, contact details and a summary of your needs are transmitted to Telegram (a processor). Means: contact by email, phone or LINE, and storage in this website’s back office.
5. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access or view your data, obtain a copy, supplement or correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, or have it deleted. Contact us via the “Contact” page or the email in the footer. We reply within 15 days of receiving a request.
6. If you do not provide data
You may choose not to provide any data, but a name, company and at least one contact channel are necessary for us to reply. Without them we cannot answer your enquiry.
7. Cookies and sign-in
Member features use a cookie to keep you signed in; browsing public pages without signing in needs no cookie. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes
When this policy changes we update the version and effective date and post it here. The version you agreed to when submitting a form is stored with that message.
